Subscribers can either call, schedule a one-on-one or, use an online computer sharing application to help them figure out any issues they may come up during the drafting process. Currently this package includes any Revit or AutoCAD project. But can also include Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint or Publisher and also any Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat project.
